Welcome to the world of On Holiday! This fizzy little fantasy began while we were living in Amsterdam. Our days were spent hopping from lively cafés to dreamy wine bars, while our weekends took us “on holiday” exploring Europe. Inspired by the craft spritzes we discovered along the way, we began experimenting with sparkling wine and fresh finds from the farmers market (shout-out to the Noordermarkt!) to share at dinner parties in our cozy city apartment.
Our fresh, bubbly concoctions were a huge hit, so we decided it was time to move back to North Carolina and try to build a business around something we love: sharing delicious spritzes with new friends.
Honestly, not all that much has changed since then. We’re still using only fresh ingredients, dreaming up unexpected flavor combinations, and eagerly awaiting the next chance to share our spritzes with you.
